Moving into Elison Independent Living of Statesman Club means hanging up your apron! We take care of all the cooking. All residents in our community enjoy three chef-prepared meals every day.

Resident Involvement
Our wonderful team prepares many delicious dishes by getting creative and brainstorming new recipes. However, we also love involving our recipes in our menu planning.
If our residents want to share a special recipe with us, we do our best to include it in our menu. We love learning about the famous soup recipes of great-grandmothers and special lasagna recipes that date back generations.
Whether you prefer gourmet, hearty, classic, or contemporary cuisine, we strive to give our residents variety and food that tastes like home.
Dining Freedom and Independence
Most Elison Independent Living of Statesman Club residents prefer to dine with us every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After all, they don’t have to lift a finger! However, that doesn’t mean we don’t give them the freedom to choose.
Many of our residents have kitchenettes to prepare their own meals and snacks. They can also enjoy meals in our private dining room with loved ones or dine out in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma if they desire.
Changing Menus
We never want our residents to get bored at mealtimes! We create a variety of dishes to suit all tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer fresh salads or baby back ribs, roasted turkey, or an omelet, you’ll be amazed at what our talented cooks can whip up in the kitchen.

An Authentic Restaurant Experience
We go above and beyond to help our residents feel like they’re dining in an authentic restaurant. Our shared dining space is designed to replicate a traditional restaurant.
We also offer table service and take care of the washing up. Our dedicated culinary staff always go the extra mile to ensure our residents are well taken care of at meal times.
